For the third time in the last three tournaments, the Canes faced the Carolina Quick Strike. This one was a Sunday semifinal affair in Cary, as Evoshield took a 10-6 victory in a game shortened to five innings by the time limit.
This one once again featured a Canes comeback, as the Quick Strike built a 3-2 lead after two innings and held a 6-2 edge going into the bottom of the third. But Evoshield scored the final eight runs of the game. They also played a third straight error-free game on the way to earning a berth in the championship game.
First inning
Jake walked and stole second. A wild pitch advanced him to third and a wild pitch scored him.

Bryce doubled. A fielder's choice moved him to third, and he scored on Asher's two-out single.

Gavin singled and went to second on a balk. A wild pitch moved him to third. Drew walked. A wild pitch scored Gavin and put Drew on second. Chace reached on a fielder's choice. Colin sacrificed both runners. Bryce hit an RBI single and took second on the throw. Brady walked. Ben hit a two-out RBI single.

Gavin reached on an error. Drew walked. Chace hit a two-run triple.
